Since our version 3 update, a number of users have experienced problems with logging into Project Q.
Our encryption system is now case sensitive and will not allow spaces. Our system has shown that approximately 10% of failed logins were down to using incorrect case or adding a space at the end.
If you are unable to access you can:
1) Click the reset password link from the https://my.projectq.co login page. An email will be sent from 'firstname.lastname@example.org' please check your spam or junk folder. The email will contain a unique link where you can reset your password.
2) Ask your school coordinator to reset your password. Coordinator's can reset any user's password by clicking on User Accounts from the Coordinator menu then Edit next to a user. Next, click Change Password and enter a new password. Remember to click rather than press enter.
3) Email email@example.com from the email address of your registered account and request that the support team reset your password for you.
